Phthalate-free cosmetic fluorescent pigment

We offer around ten colors of fluorescent pigments for the cosmetic industry.
Each color can be approved on request with our partner SGS.

Cosmetic fluorescent pigments can be delivered in 1kg or 20kg bags.
These pigments can be used for all preparations in contact with nails or skin.

Cosmetic grade pigments are controlled for their content of heavy metals and phthalates, among others.

SGS laboratory test - for our fluorescent pigments (ROSE KT-FDR27)
RN23-07460.001 of 07/18/2023 - Cosmetics and personal care products (Test report to download at the bottom of the page)

Conclusion of the test report
- No phthalates beyond the limits of quantification were detected.
- barium and chromium were quantified beyond the quantification limits.

Legislative framework and European regulations:
The 2 standards on which the tests 2 our fluorescent pigments are based are:

→ FD ISO/TR 17276 (July 2014) Cosmetics – Analytical approach to methods for detection and quantification of heavy metals in cosmetics

→ NF EN 16521 (July 2014) Cosmetics – Analytical methods – GC-MS method for the identification and analysis of 12 phthalates in samples of cosmetic products ready to be injected into an analytical system

These standards indicated above do not indicate threshold values: They are standards indicating analytical methods for the analyzes of heavy metals and phthalates.
There are no criteria/threshold values
