White metal sealer 1.5 L

The P801 is a 2K Metal Sealer which is highly recommanded over all naked metal.

Its pure white color makes its ideal as a basecoat for all our phosphorescent or fluorescent paints, as the background for these colors should always be white.

Properties and caracterictics :

Our metal sealer gives the warranty of a long term adhesion, with no risk of 'paints peel off'. Of course, it also create a full protection against rust and corrosion.

Mode :

Application is made easily with brush, roller, airless or spraygun.

Recommandations

It is compulsory to use this primer prior any paint application, when dealing with raw metals (iron type, but also aluminium and zinc, which are recquiering a special treatment).

Preparation :

Clean well and degrease, sand with abrasives, remove and scrub eventual rusted areas to get rid of all corrosion remains.

Mixing :

Add 25% of our specific w19 thinner (included in the kit) just before the application.

Application :

Paint 2 coats (or more until complete coverage is done). Allow 25min drying and cover up with the following paint. Sandable after 8hours.
