Mini directional photoluminescent signs - 50mmx100mm

These mini directional photoluminescent signs glow automatically in the dark (green phosphorescent colour).

Material: PVC self-adhesive vinyl (new adhesive with high adhesion)
Class C Photoluminescence (complies fully with or exceeds the European Standard - 10min:211mcd/m² , 60min: 30mcd/m²

The standardized photoluminescent signs allow people who have been plunged into darkness in a building after an accidental power outage, to find the emergency exits or gathering areas.
They are visual signs, without the need for a power supply. They store energy using ambient lighting.

They are fully effective after only 15 minutes of lighting with an intensity level as low as 25 lux.

They are included into the “Low Location Lighting” (LLL) systems

The pictograms comply with EN NF ISO 7010 and its width of 50mm is in conformity with the minimum size recommended by N FX 80 050 2 Standard

These signs are placed on the "lower part" on the wall, not more than 40 cm off ground or on the ground, in addition to the photoluminescent LLL system or above

The tapes combined with the mini photoluminescent signs for emergency exits are installed in the premises, corridors, stairways, to create a continuous line that is visible in the dark, outlining a complete path.

The LLL route: Three simple rules

- The line should be continuous*
- The frequency must be sufficient and the spacing must ensure that people can see the next sign from the location of the previous sign
- 1 sign is required when changing direction.

Apart from being Class C, they comply with the additional tests:
After excitation with a 4000K fluorescent white light (tube) for 15 min at 25 lux, their luminance must be at least of:
• 30.0 mcd/m2 after 10min
• 7.0 mcd/m2 after 60 min
