This versatile product is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. It retains its original appearance over time, does not yellow or chalk, and offers excellent mechanical and chemical resistance.

Main advantages:

  • Excellent impact and wear resistance
  • Non-yellowing formulation
  • Enhanced adhesion to multiple substrates

APPLICATION EQUIPMENT

Use a special polyurethane (PU) roller to ensure even distribution and a smooth finish.

PREPARING THE SURFACE

A clean, dry and sound surface is essential before application.
Carefully remove any grease, oil, dust or residue.

On tiles:

  • Perform mechanical sanding (diamond sander).

  • Clean, wash and vacuum the surface.
  • Fill the joints with a fine smoothing compound, then sand and dust again.

On concrete:

  • For new concrete, allow 30 days for drying before application.

  • For old surfaces, sand and fill cracks and cavities if necessary.
  • The prior application of an epoxy primer (150 mL/m², in one coat) is strongly recommended in order to optimise adhesion.

IMPLEMENTATION

Preparation of the mixture

Pour the resin and hardener in the proportions provided.
Mix mechanically at low speed (maximum 300 revolutions per minute) for approximately 2 minutes, in order to obtain a homogeneous mixture without excess air.

Application

  • Apply a first coat with a PU roller at a rate of 8 to 12 m²/L.

  • Leave to dry for 24 hours.

  • Then apply a second coat in the same manner.
  • Leave to dry for another 24 hours before light use.

The film will be fully cured after 8 to 10 days.

Cleaning equipment: with clean water immediately after use.
