These sponges are an ideal alternative to flexible abrasive sponges such as SB, which micro-scratch the surface to promote adhesion without digging into it, and rigid abrasive sheets, which offer greater abrasive power but reduced flexibility.
Designed for automotive and motorcycle paint professionals, TWIN GRIT sponges guarantee a high-quality finish that is smoother and more controlled than that obtained with conventional abrasive sheets.
They can be used directly by hand, without a sanding block, for a better feel of the surface. Their 10 mm thick foam limits the risk of sanding through the paint on edges or corners. The multi-layer structure—silicon carbide/foam/silicon carbide—combines flexibility, pressure absorption, and consistent sanding across the entire active surface.
