The patinated bronze paint system produces a decorative finish that closely resembles natural bronze, with a high level of realism.
It is simple and easy to use, offering several possible bronze metal finishes depending on the steps and intensity of application chosen:
- Silver metal appearance
- Dark bronze effect (dark gold)
- Antique bronze finish
- Blue oxidation typical of patinated bronze
Composition
The products are formulated with low-VOC acrylic paints (less than 30 g/L).
They are non-hazardous and contain no bronze salts or chemical oxidising agents.
Kit details
Each complete kit includes four ready-to-use products, corresponding to the four stages required to create the patinated bronze effect:
- Black primer
- Aluminium metal paint
- Blue oxidation patina
- Bronze metal paint

Application methods
The products can be applied using the following tools:
brush, paintbrush, pad, spray gun or airbrush.
Always shake well before use.
Application procedure
Apply an even coat of black primer to the entire surface, using a paintbrush or airbrush.
Brush the aluminium paint generously onto the raised areas, without applying too much pressure to the folds and edges.
Apply the blue or green oxidation patina with a brush, allowing it to run so that it concentrates in the hollows and raised areas.
Lightly brush bronze paint onto the parts exposed to light to finish the metallic effect.
Between each step, allow approximately 30 minutes drying time at 20°C for the paint to become dust-free.

Compatible substrates
The black primer can be applied to:
resins, wood, cardboard, primed substrates, certain plastics and certain untreated metals.
