Professional tyre paint – rubber adhesion

TYRES COLORS tyre paint is a technical solution designed for decorating and marking rubber surfaces. It stands out for its unique ability to adhere permanently to tyres whilst retaining excellent elasticity. 

Formulated using technology derived from rubber adhesion primers, it provides a solution to a major problem: the adhesion of coatings to flexible substrates that are subject to deformation.

Colour system

The range offers several opaque shades with good coverage. A phosphorescent version is available, which requires a white undercoat to work properly.

Implementation

Essential surface preparation :

• Cleaning

Application :

• Paintbrush

Recommendations :

• 2 coats for optimum coverage

• Can be diluted with water (up to 5%)

Drying time

At 20°C :

• Touch-dry: 1 hour

• Fully cured: 6 hours

• Optimal performance: 7 days

Maintenance and cleaning

The tools are easy to clean with soapy water, which makes them simple to use in the workshop or on the production line.
