Stardust airbrush paints are probably the best paints today thanks to their advanced acrylic and polyurethane formulas.

These are solvent-free*, water-based paints, which have a very fine texture, high adhesion and excellent resistance.
The metallic colors are particularly intense because they combine both the best aluminum pigments and mother-of-pearl pigments, without resorting to dyes or tints, for most colors.
Their properties allow them to be used in a wide variety of fields, from airbrushing on canvas, to the personalization of bodywork, including model making.
These metallic shades create variable and very fine light reflection effects. Mother-of-pearl-based paints often have more subtle and varied light reflections than aluminum pigments.
Given the greater transparency of pearlescent paints compared to aluminium, it is important to respect the background colors recommended for each colour. In general, a black background is recommended, except for light shades, for which a white background should be used.

Metallic and pearlescent paints are always applied in thin layers. This mode of application allows a better arrangement of the pigments and better drying.
All colors should be applied on a dark or preferably black background, with the exception of light colors such as pearl white.
it is recommended to varnish metallic paints with a gloss varnish. This allows a better protection of the paint, and it enhances the scintillating effects of the pigments.
It is possible to further dilute the paints if necessary, using WPU S6 thinner. Compared to water, this type of thinner increases the approach and hardening of the dry layer.
Rinsing the airbrush is done with soapy water.
we always recommend sanding with P400/500 grit sandpaper.
WPU paints cannot replace a specific adhesion primer. In any case, on supports such as glass, metal, plastic, it is recommended to use a specialized primer.
WPU paints have a good level of grip on all types of healthy, degreased and dust-free substrates
the WPU range offers a series of varnishes with different gloss levels from full matte to gloss.
The paints can be hardened using an H6 hardener, which can be incorporated in a proportion of 2 to 3%
